Great hotel in a great location right across from american airlines center. The only downside is for marriott bonvoy members there is not a club/executive lounge like most other high end marriott hotels.

So I asked this dude for a stack and he hit me with, “You gotta earn it.” Cool. Next thing I know, we’re pulling up to the W, booked in a suite so damn nice I almost forgot what I came for. But baby, let me tell you… I earned every penny. That man brought 3 of his friends, and they ran through me like rent was due. Folded me up like a pretzel, had me screaming into pillows, gripping sheets like my life depended on it, and somehow, not a single noise complaint. God bless those thick walls. The room was spotless and the staff was beyond amazing. 10/10 experience. I would absolutely return for another stay.

After visiting my company’s headquarters and having one of the best experiences of my entire career — resolving issues, reconnecting, and realizing that every single coworker I have is truly a friend — I asked where I should go to celebrate and just feel alive again. They told me: “Go to the W.” And wow… they were right. From the second I arrived, the hospitality was unreal. The doorman — a warm and welcoming woman — made me feel instantly special. Then Victor at the front desk absolutely blew me away. He was personable, uplifting, and genuinely caring. He even helped me carry all my luggage to my room without me even asking. And he filmed a beautiful video of me entering my upgraded suite — a moment that moved me so much I nearly cried. I’m still grateful. That night, I walked out into Victory Park and had one of the best evenings of my life. Everything was within walking distance — the lights, the energy, the atmosphere. I went dancing at Seek Lounge and made so many new friends. Truly one of the best dancing nights I’ve ever had. And the wild part? I’m only here because my flight got canceled due to Dallas storms. A stressful situation transformed into a blessing. This morning, Aaliyah at the front desk made my day all over again. She took time with me, let me share my videos and stories, and brightened my morning in a way I didn’t even think was possible. Her kindness was genuine, warm, and unforgettable. Then came breakfast — made even sweeter with a generous $50 credit. Myriam welcomed me with such warmth, and Teresa handled my order with so much care. She listened attentively while I ordered an egg-white omelet packed with veggies, a side salad, and fruit. Everything was perfect. And then — as if things couldn’t get any better — they graciously granted me a late checkout of 6 PM so I could rest, recharge, and enjoy my day before my 10:40 PM flight. I honestly didn’t know what to do with myself. I just stood there amazed at how everything in Dallas kept unfolding in the most beautiful way. I am overwhelmed, grateful, and so touched. This hotel didn’t just meet expectations — it lifted my entire trip to another level. I truly didn’t expect Dallas to capture my heart like this, but now I can say with complete honesty: I plan to come back regularly — something I never imagined I’d say. Thank you, W Dallas, for turning a canceled flight into a memory I will carry with me forever.

The hotel is very nice. I was there for a conference so I don't know about the service or the rooms. The staff at the front desk was nice. Valet parking was a bit expensive but it was cheaper than hourly garage parking. I knew it would be that way being that it's downtown Dallas. All in all, it was a good experience.

Exceptional service and beautiful property! I’ve traveled many W’s this one is definitely stands out. The staff Mario, victor, Amir. Malcom and Hien have provided top notch service and are such good people! Highly recommended! Location is right in front of the American airline arena and can see it from the rooms

Dillard's and Armani flew me here for a seminar! I'm true Armani style - what an incredible show of class and support! Of course, the W doesn't disappoint - always giving a bespoke experience. I'm from Louisiana and always enjoy staying at the W in Nola. I mean I look forward to it. Not only is this a beautiful, elegant and welcoming environment- but as always, it's the best decision you can make for a getaway. I was greeted with a clean, modern room with excellent linens, a robe, toiletries (esp since you can't fly with most),a Nespresso machine, mini fridge and and other amenities. Also- the help desk is extremely accommodating and friendly. The W offers a 24 hr gym, business center,spa and intoxicating pool overlooking a night time Dallas. 11 out of 10! Can't wait for the Armani seminar tomorrow! Its going to be hard leaving

I have stayed here on two different occasions this month. The cleanliness and service get 10 stars! Also, It is in a wonderful location! 2 notable items ---towels are stiff and hard (need to be replaced). ---one of the rooms had the worst mattress (which I reported to the front desk).

Clean rooms, great location. Very friendly staff with great service. Fast room service with fresh food. I enjoyed the restaurants and rooftop events. The hotel is directly across from the American airlines center.
